How long does it take for regular orders to be produced and delivered?
After sample approval and order confirmation, standard bulk production lead time is 30 to 45 days. Sample delivery typically takes approximately 7 business days from specification confirmation. Actual timelines may vary based on order volume, fabric sourcing requirements, and seasonal demand. Do the fabrics have relevant certifications such as OEKO-TEX?

We ship from major Chinese ports, including Shanghai, Ningbo, and Shenzhen, and can accommodate shipments from other ports based on your logistics requirements. Our standard trade terms include FOB, CIF, and EXW. We work with established freight forwarders and can coordinate with your preferred logistics provider to ensure smooth delivery to your destination.
How can samples be requested and can the sample fee be refunded?
You can request samples by contacting our sales team with your product specifications, including fabric type, dimensions, color, and any custom design details. A sample fee applies to cover material and production costs. Once you place a qualifying bulk order, the sample fee is credited back against your order total. This policy applies to both custom-developed samples and selections from our existing product catalog.
