GZJ JetFortune — Frequently Asked Questions

GZJ JetFortune is a vertically integrated home textile manufacturer with six wholly owned subsidiaries covering the full industry chain, from fiber processing to finished goods. We serve 80+ internationally recognized brands and retailers across North America, South America, Europe, Australia, and South Korea.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for bulk orders?

Our standard MOQ ranges from 500 to 2,000 pieces per SKU, depending on the product type, fabric composition, and level of customization required. For first-time partners placing trial orders, we can discuss reduced MOQs on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our sales team with your product specifications so we can confirm the exact MOQ for your project.

Is customization of fabric and pattern samples supported?

Yes. GZJ JetFortune offers full private-label and custom development services, including fabric selection, weave structure, pattern design, colorway matching, sizing, and finishing. Our in-house capabilities include CNC embroidery machines, digital inkjet printers, and automatic color-adjustment systems, which allow us to produce precise samples that match your specifications before bulk production begins. We also support white-label programs using our existing proven SKUs with your branding applied.

How long does it take for regular orders to be produced and delivered?

After sample approval and order confirmation, standard bulk production lead time is 30 to 45 days. Sample delivery typically takes approximately 7 business days from specification confirmation. Actual timelines may vary based on order volume, fabric sourcing requirements, and seasonal demand. Your dedicated account manager will provide a detailed production schedule at the time of order placement.

Do the fabrics have relevant certifications such as OEKO-TEX?

GZJ JetFortune holds OEKO-TEX Standard 100, BSCI, ISO 9001, GRS (Global Recycled Standard), OCS (Organic Content Standard), and CERDEX certifications. We actively maintain and renew these credentials to meet the latest regulatory updates, including the stricter OEKO-TEX chemical safety limits that took effect on June 1, 2026. These certifications are now baseline procurement requirements for virtually every major retailer and brand, and we ensure our products meet or exceed those standards.

What packaging options are available? Can neutral packaging be supported?

We offer a full range of packaging solutions, including branded retail packaging, neutral (unbranded) packaging, and custom packaging designed to your specifications. Options include polybags, PVC zipper bags, non-woven bags, gift boxes, and carton packaging with your artwork, barcodes, and labeling. Neutral packaging is fully supported for partners who handle their own branding or distribution under multiple labels.

Which ports are supported for shipping and what are the trade terms?

We ship from major Chinese ports, including Shanghai, Ningbo, and Shenzhen, and can accommodate shipments from other ports based on your logistics requirements. Our standard trade terms include FOB, CIF, and EXW. We work with established freight forwarders and can coordinate with your preferred logistics provider to ensure smooth delivery to your destination.

How can samples be requested and can the sample fee be refunded?

You can request samples by contacting our sales team with your product specifications, including fabric type, dimensions, color, and any custom design details. A sample fee applies to cover material and production costs. Once you place a qualifying bulk order, the sample fee is credited back against your order total. This policy applies to both custom-developed samples and selections from our existing product catalog.

What sustainable and eco-friendly fabric options does GZJ JetFortune offer?

We manufacture products using bamboo fiber, organic cotton, recycled polyester, and other eco-friendly materials. Our GRS and OCS certifications verify the recycled and organic content in our supply chain. With roughly 52% of end consumers now preferring sustainable fabrics, we help our partners meet growing market demand while complying with emerging regulations such as the EU's upcoming Extended Producer Responsibility requirements for textiles.

What quality control measures are in place to ensure consistency between samples and bulk orders?

Inconsistent quality between samples and bulk production is the most common complaint in bedding sourcing, and it typically occurs when buyers work through trading companies rather than directly with the factory. As a factory-direct manufacturer with ISO 9001 certification, we apply standardized quality control at every stage: incoming raw material inspection, in-line production checks, and final pre-shipment audits. Our vertically integrated supply chain means we control every step from fiber to finished product, which eliminates the gaps that cause discrepancies.

Which brands and retailers has GZJ JetFortune partnered with?

We have established partnerships with over 80 internationally recognized brands and retailers, including names such as Pottery Barn, Zara Home, and Costco. Our partners span the United States, Canada, South America, Australia, Europe, and South Korea. These long-standing relationships reflect our ability to meet the rigorous quality, compliance, and delivery standards that global retailers require from their supply chain partners.
